The restaurant provides seasonal menus and an extensive wine and spirits selection.

Proximity to key attractions like Eastbourne Pier and Devonshire Park Tennis Club.

Family-friendly accommodations with rooms allowing up to 2 adults and 2 children.

Cons

Some rooms may face street noise due to the central location.

Limited on-site parking availability.

“For a seafront hotel that balances affordability with genuine comfort, this property stands out. I particularly note the consistently high marks for cleanliness, cheerful staff, and generously sized rooms, many with desirable sea views. While parking can present a minor challenge, the overall experience seems a compelling value, especially considering the tasty and good value breakfast.”
